8. Collection of Old Insurance Money

Have you ever run an insurance aging report and when you see the amounts owed to you over 90 days your eyes start to bulge and your stomach feels funny and then you get mad and confused at the same time? Well we have a solution for that sick feeling that most of the time puts a big smile on your face and a bulge in your wallet.

We will go after any and all old incorrectly paid or not paid work comp or major medical insurance claims and personal injury. For one doctor we collected over $30,000 from 1994 claims. We consistently collect money for doctors who were wondering "why the claim was paid that way".

If you have old insurance accounts that show balances, then there is a good chance that the claim was paid incorrectly and never resubmitted.

We will go after your old insurance accounts and we are paid 30% of what we collect for you. So if 70% of something is better than 100% of nothing then we can help you.

Agreement to Collect Old Insurance Money

I ________________________________________ agree to pay to Physician Services 30% of all monies collected from old insurance accounts. I agree to forward all EOB's from said collections on an immediate basis and I also agree to pay Physician Services for their successful collection efforts on an immediate basis.

I agree to the terms listed above and I will provide Physician Services with any and all documents necessary to collect proposed monies that are owed to me.

Physician Services reserves the right to not work certain accounts.
